Bluecorn is a St Kilda dining institution that has been around for over 14 years, serving Contemporary Mexican Cuisine with a burst of fresh flavours and ingredients. Nestled amongst Melbourne’s Food, Art and Music suburb of St Kilda and only moments from the beach, Bluecorn has easily won its way into the heart of Melbourne diners. Its arty and eclectic atmosphere, flavoursome and fresh cuisine, flamboyant and delicious Margaritas and selection of over 100 Tequilas creates the distinct and fun Bluecorn experience.
Bluecorn Tequila Bar recently opened next door to Bluecorn Restaurant, with a Bar Menu now available until late Monday through to Sunday. The Tacos have been an absolute winner since opening in February! Ranging from the Shredded Sangria Beef Rib Taco, Tequila Salt and Pepper Calamari Taco to the Crispy King Island Cheese Croqueta Taco, the flavours are sure to amaze.
The Bluecorn Courtyard has been expanded to hold up to 80 people at a time. It is inviting and has a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. It is cool in summer and toasty warm in winter as it is fully enclosed and heated during cold and rainy weather.
As you can see, Bluecorn is able to cater for events of any size. We are happy to host your Cocktail Function for up to 40 people in the Bar, while smaller more intimate groups can be catered to in the front room of the Restaurant. So whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or a lively birthday function for many, Bluecorn has the perfect space for you.
After 14 years, Bluecorn continues to thrive and is loved by St Kilda locals and visitors alike. The extensive Main Menue provides the diner with an interesting and varied selection of meals including our signature dish, Bluecorn Goat’s Cheese Quesadilla and The Double- Baked Burrito, which is always a favourite. Bluecorn has an extensive vegetarian selection and happily caters to anyone who may require special meals.
The Specials Board lets Executive Chef and Owner – Justin Pola – to exhibit his talents with dishes changing over time to reflect the seasons with constant variety and new tastes.
Justin Pola and Michelle D’Rozario have – together with their dedicated staff – made Bluecorn a much loved St Kilda institution.
